Current subprocessors and recipients
- Cloudflare, Inc. — global edge delivery, DNS, custom domains, security, and R2 object storage — United States and global infrastructure; location depends on service configuration.
- Supabase, Inc. — managed PostgreSQL infrastructure and database operations — processing location depends on the selected project region.
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery for verification, invitations, security, quota, and retention notices — United States and global delivery infrastructure.
- Polar Software, Inc. — subscription billing, entitlements, checkout, tax, invoices, and customer portal — United States. Polar is a processor for some service data and an independent controller and merchant of record for buyer, payment, tax, fraud, and transaction data.
Customer-directed services
A customer may configure custom domains, CI systems, webhooks, links, or other integrations. Those providers are selected by the customer and are not Mateality subprocessors merely because Releases interoperates with them. Public downloaders also receive information the customer intentionally publishes.
Changes and objections
We will update this list before a new provider materially processes customer personal data and record the date at the top of the page. DPA customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as described in the Data Processing Addendum. Send notices to privacy@mateality.com.
